About this Event

Care Connections Network will be participating in the Active Living Expo at the Senior Center in Central Park. Come see us at our booth, and explore the other services and products on offer for older adults in our community. There will be live music, food for purchase and lots of information about city services and better ways to age. The event is free to all, and runs from 10 am to 1 pm. Hope to see you there!
