Ladies with a Mission Statement

At Care Connections Network we are dedicated to
helping older adults age in their own homes and communities
as they continue lives of purpose and promise.
We strive to empower our members by offering educational opportunities
to help them age with confidence, social and cultural events
to keep them connected with the community,
referrals to vetted service providers and a
volunteer program providing additional support and assistance.
CCN is a village:
a nonprofit, grassroots membership organization
that improves quality of life and expands choices at all stages of aging.
